Workshop
The workshop is a spacious and functional place to work.
It has excellent overhead ceiling lighting and a multitude of well positioned electrical outlets for power tools and other equipment. The overhead garage door allows entry for a full-size pickup and a couple of ATVs. The workbench is 22’ x 2’ with several storage drawers and cabinets.
Heated in the colder months with a wood heater, the workshop also has a sealed ceiling mounted forced air, thermostatically controlled, propane heater that will maintain temperature settings if the wood heater is not active.
Storage Building
This is an unheated, well-lit storage building located adjacent to the workshop and stores just about everything you can imagine.
It has a metal access ramp to the overhead garage door to allow an ATV with trailer to drive inside to load or unload “stuff”. Named The Room of Requirement, thanks to Dumbledor, because anything you need will be there – you just have to find it.
