The boathouse can accommodate two boats through two overhead garage doors. A Warn winch is fixed to a sliding bar at the rear of the boathouse that can be positioned at either door to launch trailered boats into the water and tow boats back into the boathouse for storage. The boathouse includes a small fish cleaning room with counter and sink with running water and a small smoke house is located adjacent to the building. A ceiling mounted, sealed forced air propane heater provides a heated workspace during the winter months.
